PhD in Artificial Intelligence | 15+ years in Al commercialization
Dr. CK Goh has 15+ years of experience in AI research, productisation, and governance. He holds a PhD in Evolutionary Multi-Objective Optimisation from NUS and has led AI teams at Rolls-Royce, Yoozoo Interactive, A*STAR, and AI²Labs.
At aXia AI, he developed Rai’s AI stack, integrating sensor, satellite, and agronomic data into models that optimise yields, fertiliser, and water use while preparing farmers for ESG compliance. He has published extensively, holds five patents, and contributes to AI governance initiatives, bringing both scientific depth and commercialisation expertise to Rai.

Systems Builder | loT Deployment Strategist | Applied Research Leader
San Linn has over a decade of experience designing and deploying IoT and AI systems across agriculture, manufacturing, and healthcare. Before co-founding aXia AI, he held roles at AI²Labs, Yoozoo, and Rolls-Royce Singapore.
At Rai, he leads integration of hardware, software, and field systems, including soil sensors, hubs, and irrigation nodes. Recognised with the A*STAR Advanced Manufacturing Startup Challenge award, his track record highlights technical depth and the ability to scale systems efficiently across real-world environments.

Chai Yai builds the partnerships and ecosystems that enable Rai to scale. He leads collaborations with universities, cooperatives, government agencies, and industry players, embedding Rai within both research frameworks and farm networks. His career spans technology, education, and ecosystem development, including national-level contributions in Singapore on technology and workforce strategy.
At aXia AI, Chai ensures Rai is aligned with agricultural and policy priorities, connecting deep-tech innovation with the credibility and partnerships needed for growth.

Consumer Insights Leader | Brand Strategist | ESG Advocate
Cindy Lai brings 17+ years of experience in consumer insights, brand communications, and strategy across Asia. At Rai, she ensures that farmer needs, market signals, and sustainability narratives are deeply integrated into the platform’s design and growth strategy. She has held key global insights roles at Standard Chartered, managing large-scale multi-country research programs, and leading design in client journeys.
Cindy also co-founded Elk & Daka, a consultancy translating data into design-led storytelling, with a focus on ESG communications. Her ability to connect people, purpose, and data ensures that Rai’s solutions are both relevant and credible.
